How do I personalise my order?
After selecting your item, you'll find a personalisation box on the listing page please fill in all the details there before adding to your cart. This includes your date, location, name, or any other custom information needed for your design. The more detail you provide, the better we can make it perfect for you!
Do the posters come framed?
Posters are sold unframed. This way you get to choose the frame that best fits your space and style! Standard sizes are used across all designs so finding the right frame at any home goods store is easy.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every order is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. If there is an error on our end or your item arrives damaged, we will of course make it right — just reach out to us through Etsy messages with a photo and we'll sort it out promptly.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Send us a message through Etsy before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your request. Custom orders may have slightly longer production times.
