Article 1: order taking, payment and method of payment

The various methods of payment are indicated below the sale price of the creation.
The payment of a order will be made either by Credit card on the web site of " etsy ". For a bank transfer, or any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

The ordered products will be sent from reception of your payment.
If you wish to book a creation and buy it later(maximum 5 days), contact me.

Article 2: price lists / reductions

The indicated prices are TTC and do not include the mail expenses, which are chargeable to you, and if it to be necessary, the customs taxes too.
An invoice will be supplied to you in your request.

The price of a current product is the one which is shown at the time of the order taking.
The mail forwarding charges will be offered to you from 85 € of purchases, only to Metropolitan France. (Not accumulated but made in a single command(order)).

Article 3: delivery / transport of products

Products will be delivered to the address you have indicated during the order.
From reception of the payment of the order, I will put down the package to the post office that very day, or at the latest in 4 working days following the reception of the payment (except weekend and holidays).

Postal charges are chargeable to you and are indicated in parallel by the sale price of the product concerned (customs taxes, reductions: see article 2).

Products will be sent in the form of parcel " colissimo ", or in another type of parcel, with follow-up of their routing by internet.
They will hand be carefully packed, ready to offer; every protected in a "lounged" said packaging, for a protection against the shocks being able to arise during the transport of the parcel by post.
If you want that your order is a present, don't hesitate to indicate it when you purchase, and - if you want it- i can write a paper for the person you offer it.

Further to the deposit to the post office of the parcel, I will pass on you by e-mail, the number of follow-up of its parcel, so that you can follow his routing on the web site of " colissimo " or " the post office ".

The routing of the parcel is taken care by post.
I advised you to verify the state of the parcel as well as its contents in its reception, in the presence of the factor.
I decline any responsibility bound to possible delays, postal strikes, losses or deteriorations of the parcel by post.

About customs taxes, I'm not responsible to possible delays, but if I know it would be possible, I will inform you about it.

Before any passage of order, you are invited to consult the terms of sale, these governing the contractual relations between the seller(me) and you, as the buyer.
Any passage of order implies tacitly the total acceptance and without reserve of the latter.
Said conditions can be the object of modifications at any time.
In which case, it is the terms of sale established at the time of the order taking that are effective.

Article 5: characteristics of products

I try hard to present products in photos in a clearest and the most detailed possible way. However, photos presenting products are not contractual.
Indeed, according to the lighting, the resolution of the screens of each; the tones of colors, the shape and the size of every product can slightly vary, compared with the real product.
So, in full knowledge of the facts, you can hold on no account responsible me of these variations.

Article 6: protection of personal data

According to the law n°78-17 of January 6th, 1978, (in France) relative to the computing, to the files and to the liberties; you have a right of consultation, rectification, modification and abolition of the personal information concerning you.
All the data confided to " Perles & Fusion " are exclusively used in the professional frame of an exchange with you when you places an order in my shop.

Article 7: disputes

The present conditions are subjected to the French law.
In case of dispute or of complaint, you will address first and foremost me, to find together an amicable solution to the problem.
