Art is all encompassing
I tonåren insåg jag att skapandets möjligheter är oändliga. Det är i den här idén som jag ser konst som så mycket mer än vad vi tänker på som konst, och vad du ser här i min butik. Konst är en del av ditt hem, hur du målar dina naglar, skorna du matchar med dina byxor och hur du arrangerar maten på din tallrik. I alla dessa små områden ser jag en chans till självuttryck såväl som en möjlighet att bli inspirerad. Jag inspireras av allt jag älskar - musik, mode, inredning och mer. Så även om det du ser i min butik är vad vi alla kanske tänker på när vi tänker "konst", finns det så mycket av min vardag som ligger bakom mitt arbete. Det må vara klyschigt, men det är verkligen de små sakerna!

In my teens I realized the possibilities of creation are limitless. It is in this idea that I see art as so much more than what we think of as art, and what you see here on my shop. Art is a part of your home, the way you paint your nails, the shoes you match with your pants, and in the way you arrange the food on your plate. In all of these little areas I see a chance for self expression as well as an opportunity to be inspired. I am inspired by everything that I love - music, fashion, interior design, and more. So while what you see on my shop is what we may all think of when we think "art" there is so much of my every day life that is behind my work. It may be cliche, but it really is the little things!
