A nosotros, como carpinteros, REALMENTE nos gusta hacer aserrín y los muebles y otras cosas salen como subproductos.
Pero en realidad, todos teníamos que empezar por algún lado y yo comencé haciendo muebles simples, rústicos pero elegantes y funcionales a partir de desechos de una obra en construcción. Continué con el modus operandi prometiendo NUNCA comprar madera y he seguido ese camino. TODO mi trabajo durante los últimos 20 años se ha hecho a partir de chatarra... tocadores, escritorios, camas viejos, 2 x madera de sitios, etc. Lo rescato, lo limpio y lo reutilizo, lo reciclo, lo reciclo... ...lo que sea. Puedes hacer lo mismo con muchos de nuestros planes... sólo que puede que te lleve un poco más de tiempo "comprar" tus materiales.

We, as woodworkers, just REALLY like making sawdust and the furniture and other stuff just comes out as a byproduct.
But really, we all had to start somewhere and I started by making simple and rustic yet stylish and functional furniture out of scrap from a construction site. I carried on the MO by vowing NEVER to buy wood and I've kept to that path. ALL my work for the last 20 years has been done from scrap....old dressers, desks, beds, 2 x lumber from sites, etc. I salvage it, clean it up and repurpose it, upcycle it, recycle it.....whatever. You can do the same with a lot of our plans....it just might take a bit more time to "shop" for your materials.
LET THERE BE SAWDUST!......and it was GOOD !
