Due to the digital nature of the products and the design work involved, no refunds will be issued once the files have been downloaded, but making revisions as needed will be done so you are ensured a product you are happy with!

If you encounter a problem with downloading your instant download items, please let me know via Etsy convo or at support[at]quirkysewing.com and I will email you the file(s).

Customer satisfaction is very important to me; I work hard to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the products, timing and service!

All my listings are for DIGITAL FILES / INSTANT DOWNLOADS. No physical items will be shipped.
Files will be emailed to the email address listed on your Etsy account receipt.

Colors may look different based on your computer monitor and type of printer you use or have your files printed on.
I print every item I have listed in my shop to make sure all colors and details are correct.
I am not responsible if your colors do not print the way you had in mind.
If you need a color changed or adjustment made, please contact me via Etsy convo or at contact[at]quirkysewing.com to set up a Custom Color Change. A fee of $2 will be charged per revision.
It is always a good idea to print a sample of your purchased digital item to make sure it is the color you envisioned, before printing large quantities.

You may use the digital papers or clip art for your own personal use or in non-profit projects without credit as long as they are not being used for any commercial purpose. Please do not share, forward, post, or upload any of the graphics as is or claim as your own.

Credit is not required, but always welcomed!

- All graphics (clipart and digital paper) include a small commercial use license, with a limit of up to 100 physical product sales.
- For commercial use, Quirky Sewing graphics used must be part of a larger design.
- Graphics may NOT be re-sold "as is" in any form (digital or otherwise), including paper, fabric, stickers, etc. where they make up 100% of the finished design.
- Clip art can be used in any of your physical projects (flyers, cards, invitations, tags etc.). However, you CANNOT resell them "as is", nor can you sell DIGITAL GOODS/ INSTANT DOWNLOADS.
- Please note if using these graphics commercially you MUST credit the artwork back with the following wherever your product is sold:
"Graphics from QuirkySewing.etsy.com"
