➙ XPRESSPOST: Quoted based on the postal code. Please contact us with your postal code prior to ordering for a quote.
USA
➙ STANDARD SHIPPING: Estimated 3 - 8 business days. This shipping method is partially tracked, meaning that there will only be tracking while the package is in Canada. When the package enters the USA, it will no longer be tracked. The couriers are Stallion Express and USPS.

PROCESSING TIME
“Processing time” is the time it takes for us to make your order BEFORE it is shipped out. We design, assemble and package all orders during this time.
Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. “Business days” exclude weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated delivery date.
Standard Shipping Estimates:
★ Canada (no tracking): 2-10 business days
★ USA (partial tracking): 3-8 business days
★ International (partial tracking): 7-21 business days
Fully Tracked Shipping Estimates (upgrade available at checkout):
★ Canada (full tracking): 2-6 business days
★ USA (full tracking): 2-6 business days
★ International (full tracking): 4-21 business days
Express Shipping:
★ Available within Canada only. Please message us with your postal code prior to ordering for an Express Shipping quote. Express Shipping can take 1 to 4 days depending on the province/territory.
“Business days” include Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
PACKAGE TRACKING
CANADIAN ORDERS: Tracking is NOT included with "Standard Shipping". Please select the "Add Tracking" upgrade at checkout if you would like tracking information with your package.
U.S.A ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only and delivery confirmation is NOT included. Please select the "USA Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout if you would like full tracking information with your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Partial tracking is included with "Standard Shipping." This means that your order will be tracked within Canada only & delivery confirmation is not included. For tracked packages, please select the “International Full Tracking" upgrade at checkout.
LOCAL PICKUP
We offer free local pickup in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. Please send us a message prior to ordering if you would like to pick up in Whitby. We will provide you with a coupon code to waive all shipping fees, as well as the pick up details.
CUSTOM ORDERS & DESIGN PREVIEWS
Custom requests are always welcome! Message us today to discuss a custom order. Custom orders can include font changes, special colour requests, custom shapes, and more.
Many of our items also include the option to personalize with your own custom name and/or text. To ensure the quickest turnaround time, design previews are not provided for personalized items unless specifically requested in the order notes.
If a design preview is requested, it will be sent via Etsy Conversation. Each order allows for up to 2 design previews before additional fees are incurred. Design previews are only available after the order is submitted.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase only. Our service is speedy, so your order may have already been made after this 1 hour timeframe and therefore cancellations are not accepted beyond this time. Please send us a direct message within 1 hour of purchase if you would like to cancel and fully refund your order.
Cancellations also include any order changes (changes of colours/size/words/etc).
After the 1 hour cancellation period, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please reach out to us so that we may work out a solution with you.
I SUBMITTED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. CAN IT BE CHANGED?
Orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is submitted, we are able to change it for you as long as the order has not shipped. Please message us as soon as possible if this is the case.
If your order has already been shipped to the address provided, unfortunately at this point we are not able to change the shipping destination.
If your order is sent back to us due to an undeliverable, invalid, or wrong address then the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders shipped to a wrong address, if the wrong address was provided to us by the buyer.
