I’m a licensed therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent minds, including individuals with anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and high-functioning autism. Over the years, I’ve seen how traditional planners often feel overwhelming or impossible to start—especially on days when motivation is low, emotions are intense, or the nervous system is stuck in freeze mode.
I created this planner because it’s a tool that actually works. It’s a system I’ve used in therapy sessions to help clients gently get started, reduce overwhelm, and build momentum without pressure or perfection. This planner is designed for the hard days as much as the productive ones—offering structure that feels supportive, flexible, and human.
My goal is to provide something practical, calming, and realistic—because progress doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from creating systems that meet you where you are.
