Leather Selection: We source premium, genuine hides—from rugged cowhide and soft sheepskin to textured crocodile—tailored to the weight and feel you desire.
Pattern Making: Our designers create a unique paper pattern based specifically on the measurements you provide.
The Cut: Our master Cutter hand-cuts each panel of leather, ensuring the grain is consistent and the fit is exact.
The Stitch: Our expert Stitchers assemble the garment using industrial-strength thread and reinforced seams for lifelong durability.
Function & Hardware: The Functionor installs high-quality zippers, buttons, and linings, testing every moving part for smoothness.
Quality & Dispatch: After a final inspection, our Dispatcher conditions the leather and ships it from our workshop directly to your door.
