Ho aperto il mio negozio dopo aver capito che il cambio di carriera che stavo cercando non faceva per me. Mi sono seduto con mia moglie per discutere del mio futuro e, con un respiro tremante, le ho detto: "Potrei dedicarmi alla creazione di mobili". Lei mi ha guardato come se avessi perso la testa. Ora sono al quinto anno di attività e sono rimasto sbalordito dalla popolarità dei nostri pezzi e dall'incredibile quantità di recensioni a 5 stelle che abbiamo ricevuto. Questo non significa che i nostri prodotti non siano di ottima qualità, è solo che di solito le persone lasciano una recensione solo se non sono soddisfatte. Creare pezzi nuovi ed entusiasmanti mantiene vivo l'interesse e posso dire onestamente che amo il mio lavoro!
I started my shop after finding a career change I was pursuing just wasn't for me. I sat down with my wife to discuss my next move, and I said with a very shaky breath, 'I might make some furniture'. She looked at me like I had lost the plot. I'm now into my 5th year and have been blown away by the popularity of our pieces as well as the incredible amount of 5 star reviews we've had. That's not to say that what we make isn't great, its just that people only normally leave a review if they are unhappy. Creating new and exciting pieces keeps it interesting and I can honestly say I love what I get to do as a job!
