Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with you with personalizing an item for you! Please send me a message and we can work together to create what you have in mind!
Do you provide refunds or cancellations?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled nor returned. Please make note of the shipping times for each product as they vary with each product. Shipping times are longer than usual due to UPS and USPS being understaffed and overwhelmed. We will not provide refunds due to shipping delays. Once it is scanned at the post office, SJ Farm Creations is no longer responsible for the timeliness of the delivery. Please be patient with USPS and UPS.
