Do you offer cancellations?
We do not offer cancellations as any items that are a physical item that we sell is most likely a custom item. All of our items are made to order. If you message us within 2 hours we will review the order to see if it is eligible for a quick cancellation.
Do you offer custom art designs?
YES! We love creating custom art! Any art we create for a customer will only be sold to that customer since it is CUSTOM! Our custom art prices range depending on the design. Message us to get started!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not, but we can add a note to the package if it is a gift! Just send us a message :)
Do you offer returns?
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products (either vinyl or a custom design). If there is a mistake with your item on our end, we will be HAPPY to replace it for you!
Can you design anything?
We can certainly do our best to design something that you have in mind. You can view all of our other digital products to get a *feel* for our style and so you know what to expect!
