SAY LESS PRINTWORKS — PRIVACY POLICY (July 2026)

Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how and when Say Less Printworks collects, uses, and shares your information when you purchase an item, contact the shop, or otherwise use its services through Etsy.com and its related services.
This policy does not cover the practices of third parties that Say Less Printworks does not own or control, including Etsy itself. Etsy's own Privacy Policy explains how Etsy handles your data.

To fulfil your order, you provide certain information via Etsy: your name, email address, postal address, payment information (processed by Etsy — we never see your payment details), and the details of your order. If you contact us directly, you may choose to provide additional information (for example, in a customer support message).

Performance of a contract: to process your order, provide customer support, and resolve disputes.
Legal obligation: to retain records where required by law, for example for tax purposes.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Order records are typically retained for up to 6 years, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements.

Your data may be stored and processed by service providers outside the UK and EU, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms implemented by Etsy and our production partner.
