Do you make custom and personalized orders?
Yes! We create custom stamps. If you need a different size or design than the ones listed in our shop, just send us a message through Etsy and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I change the default text or image of the proposed designs?
Yes, we can place any text or image you want on the stamp.
Where is my order shipped from?
If you ordered from the United States, your package will be sent through our daily consolidation service. In approximately 5 business days, it will arrive at USPS, and then USPS will handle the final delivery. This shipment is sent with customs duties paid (DDP), so you won’t have to pay anything upon receipt.
After 5 business days, you can track your package on the USPS website using the tracking number that will appear once the package has been shipped.
All orders placed from outside the United States are shipped from Portugal via the Portuguese national mail, CTT. Once the package arrives in your country, the final delivery will be handled by your local postal service. All packages include a tracking nu
How long will it take to make my stamp?
It usually takes 1–2 business days to make your stamp after you approve the design we send you.
Will I have to pay taxes or fees when receiving my order in the United States?
No. All shipments to the United States are sent with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), which means our shop covers all import taxes and you won’t have any extra charges when your package arrives.
Can I review my design before my order is shipped?
Yes. Unlike other sellers, we provide proofs so you can review and approve your design before it’s shipped. We care deeply about every detail of your order—from the text to the design—making sure everything is exactly how you want it before it leaves our shop. Your satisfaction is our priority because we want you to receive something that truly makes you happy and meets your expectations.
To meet the shipping times we commit to on Etsy, we kindly ask that you confirm your design as soon as possible. If we don’t hear back from you within 2 days after sending the proof, we will proceed to produce and ship your order using the information exactly as you provided it.
