5 out of 5 starsThis shop owner deserves a 10 star rating! She responded to my needs and did a custom order of her beautiful cross-stitch chart. At an extremely reasonable price, she mailed the physical chart to me and I received it very quickly. The chart is printed on a high quality heavy paper that will withstand time and use. The chart and symbols are a good size and very legible. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the excellent customer service this shop owner extended to me! 💜

If the kit is a kit of just supplies, yes, you can return it in original condition.
