Risk and Term
The Products shall become the responsibility of the Customer from the time of delivery.
International Delivery Service
Products will be shipped to the address registered by the customer at the time of order by FedEx or Japan Post International Mail.

We do not accept changes to the shipping address after the product has been shipped.
If you change the delivery address directly to the shipping carrier, you will be charged an additional fee at a later date.
Depending on the delivery address, it may take from about 2 weeks to a maximum of 4 weeks. The number of days required for product delivery is approximate.
Returned Parcel
In the event we are unable to complete the delivery, the product may be returned to our office. We will immediately contact you when the package arrives at our office.
From the date we contact you, you will have 14 days to respond to us.
You can select to either have the package resent to you or ask for a refund. The refund amount will be deducted from the cost of delivery and a small transaction fee. If you request to resend the packages, the 2nd delivery cost will be your responsibility. We will charge the shipping fee thru PayPal.

Processing Returns
Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to return it.
If the product is returned for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please send the return by international mail with a tracking service.
The invoice of the return shipment should be marked "Return cargo". After shipping, please contact us with the shipping company and tracking number.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will check the condition of the shipment. We will only return your package if it is unopened and unused.
Unacceptable Refunds and Returns
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund or replacement and to recover the cost of returning in the event that the Goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the Goods have not been returned with their original packaging.
Defective Products Policy
All of our company’s bamboo knitting needles are manufactured in Japanese workshops by skilled experts.
They are shipped only after passing a complete inspection. If, however, our products are found to be damaged or defective after purchase, we offer a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase against the manufacturer’s defects.
