HOW TO DOWNLOAD DIGITAL FILES ON ETSY (Step-by-Step)
If you purchased from the ETSY APP (Important!) - Etsy does NOT allow downloads directly from the app
So you must download your files from a web browser instead:
1. Open Safari/Chrome on your phone.
2. Go to www.etsy.com and log in.
3. Tap on “Your Account.”
4. Tap “Purchases and Reviews.”
5. Find your order.
6. Tap “Download Files.”
IF YOU DON’T SEE THE DOWNLOAD BUTTON
Here’s why:
1. You checked out as a Guest
No problem — Etsy sends a download link to your email.
2. Your payment is still processing
Some payments take a few minutes to clear. Files unlock automatically after payment goes through!
3. You're using the Etsy app
Remember: files do NOT download in the app → use a browser.
