Esta pequeña tienda nació de una necesidad silenciosa de apoyo amable y sincero. Después de superar el agotamiento, el duelo, la ansiedad y los problemas hormonales, me di cuenta de la frecuencia con la que intentamos superar el dolor, especialmente como mujeres, sin ser vistas ni escuchadas.
Empecé a crear tarjetas de apoyo imprimibles y herramientas sencillas de bienestar como una forma de autocompasión. Nada de palabras floridas, solo verdad, empatía y calma. Ya sea que estés acurrucado en la cama con calambres o intentando ordenar tu espacio para sentirte más ligero, espero que estas piezas te den un pequeño respiro.
