We value our customers and want to make everyone happy! If your package has already shipped but not arrived, please contact the post office. SHIPPING: Shipping times may vary. We only keep a small amount of cards in stock, your order may ship as fast as a 2-3 BUSINESS days (business days are mon-fri 9-5 excluding holidays). Please refer to individual listings for shipping information as each item varies depending on the item, Etsy should give you a time estimate when you place your order. Reminder that the post office is not open on the weekend. If you order on the weekend (fri-sun) your item may not ship until mid the next week. Shipping times are based on business days only. If you order priority shipping, that does not change the shipping time on our part, it will just expedite your order once arrived at the post office. International shipping varies by country, please allow additional shipping time (typically international shipping takes a 4-8 weeks & tracking doesn't always update). DIGITAL PRINTS:
Please take a moment to download & read the instructions pdf. You will receive 5 images in different sizes & the instruction pdf. The instruction pdf will have a dropbox link, click on the link to open it in your browser. From here you can hit the download button. The file will save to your computer as a zip file. Double click the zip file to open it. Sizing chart is in your pdf file. You can also access your downloadable files at any time through your Etsy purchase page.

PRIVATE READINGS:
If you ordered a video reading you will receive a private video link to your reading within 1-3 BUSINESS days via Etsy message. This video will be unlisted on youtube, only people you share the link with can view it. If you ordered a written reading you will receive it via Etsy message or digital download. If you want to leave me a review, please download the file from Etsy directly and you should be able to do so!

When will my item ship?

Most packages will ship within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on the weekends. Then please allow another week for delivery. International can take up to 8 weeks to arrive and tracking doesn’t always update.

I can find my package?
