What happens if I didn't get the download email?
It can sometimes take the Etsy platform a bit longer than usual to send the digital file via email, with them also appearing in junk mail at times.
To access your download without the email; click on "Your Account" icon at the top of the Etsy page, then click "Purchases". From there you will see all your purchases and you can select the "Download Files" tab to the right of the purchase.
If you do not see the "Download Files" tab, click your refresh. It can take a few minutes from the time of purchase to process your payment. The “Download File” tab will appear once payment has been processed by Etsy.
