星 5 個のうち 5 個James built a beautiful handmade box to my specifications to keep my collection of sports cards. The box exceeded all my expectations even when I got to see pictures of it being built during the frequent updates and it is now prominantly displayed in our house.

Thank you, Jorge, for the 5 stars! I was very sad to see that your first box was damaged in the mail. I have never had a box mistreated so badly during shipping. However, I greatly appreciate your patience in allowing me to make a new one for you and your willingness to return the broken one. Every wood product I make, I feel, is always my best work as I master the craft.

It was a huge project but he communicated throughout the entire process, from unexpected setbacks to alternative shipping methods. If you want high quality work and excellent customer service you'll get no better than James!

Please note that I craft and reside in Wilmington, NC, which can be very humid and hot. Shipping to cooler, drier climates can cause wood to shift and move. To help reduce damage and ensure your satisfaction, please inspect your product for damage upon receipt and wrap it in clear wrap for thirty days to allow it to acclimate. Failure to acclimate your product may result in warping, cracking, or joint failures.
