We are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 to USA destinations.
Remember we always refund shipping overages! ALWAYS! it's how we keep our pricing fair, we do not inflate our prices to hide the cost of shipping. We try to keep our prices low and package your order with care. USPS is our primary shipper and they are fully in control of the transit of your package, we ship insured and can file a claim for lost package if that is ever needed but we can not control the transit time once the package leaves our control.
Pre-cuts show up daily, from Moda, Riley Blake, Free Spirit, Windham and Robert Kaufman, Micheal Miller, Tula Pink and others we add them as they come in, presales are always ok if you have larger projects.
Send me a convo and we will be happy to customize an order just for you, we have items often not listed, or possibly not inventoried correctly :)
We package all orders with care and ship them as quickly as possible. In most cases we ship next day. If we can ship it sooner, we will. We are just like you... love to receive a wonderful bundle of fabric neatly packaged with care. We do ship most bundles in padded envelopes to aid in the cost of shipping for both of us. If you would rather receive you package in a box, send me a convo and we can discuss any extra the costs.
I can usually fit 8-9 yards into a flat rate shipping envelope! Send me a Convo for custom listings to save you money on shipping!
Books and Printed Patterns can not be returned.
Not responsible for lost or stolen packages, insurance is available as needed.

Do you refund shipping?
Yes, we refund shipping when possible. We use the US Postal Service for most shipments, and will try to ship at the lowest rate possible, and refund you the difference! We'll also note the refund amount on your invoice that we send you in your package.
How will my product be shipped?
Normally via USPS priority unless it can go into first class still USPS postage.
Can I get other quantities than available?
Yes just send us a convo and we can check our inventory
Where does my product ship from?
We are located in Washington State.
Can I call you with a question?
Sure Star can be reached at 253-224-one four six one. Be aware we are a small shop and she is often on the phone with customers and or vendors. She will call you back. (A convo is always best for most issues)
What are the standard cut sizes?
If I cut the fabric, I try to cut:
Fat Quarters approximately 19" x half the width of the fabric.
1/4 yard cuts are approximately 10" x width of the fabric
Half Yards are cut at approximately 20" x width of the fabric.
any thing over a yard, I try to cut 2" larger to allow for straitening your fabric. If you need a specific amount, send me a convo or order that size. Sometime it is not possible to get the additional fabric for all cuts.
If I order multiples of the same piece is it cut in one contiguous piece?
Yes.
Do you have other fabrics and items not listed?
Yes, there are many items in the shop that may not be listed. We have a great selection here, send us a convo. We are happy to check inventory for you.
