Understanding the Sticky Brain
Sticky Brain Studio was created from both lived experience and clinical expertise.
I’m a licensed psychologist who has spent years working with children, families, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and executive functioning challenges. But more than that, I understand what it means to have a brain that moves fast, gets stuck, or works a little differently.
So many of the people I worked with didn’t need more information. They needed tools that actually made sense for how their brain works.
That’s why I created Sticky Brain Studio.
Everything here is designed to be engaging, practical, and neurodiversity-affirming. These are not generic resources. They are tools built from real clinical work, real conversations, and real challenges people face every day.
You’ll find resources for kids, adults, parents, educators, and clinicians. Whether you’re supporting a child, working with clients, or trying to better understand your own brain, these tools are meant to help you work with your brain, not against it.
Because every brain is different and every brain deserves to be understood.
