Welcome to Sweet Supplies Store!

My name is Eriko. I live in Sapporo, northern part of Japan where we have lots of snow during the wintertime. I have been working in the trading company for over 20 years, which includes 5 years working experience in Europe.

Since 2010, I have been running my own shops where I sell cute goods with bird design. I have been just a buyer in Etsy in the beginning and then I noticed that the stickers & tapes I have been selling in my Japanese shop can be also sold through
Etsy to all over the world. So I have opened my Etsy shop on 2012.

I LOVE birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, any other cute animals so much! I also love fairy tales. I used to read lots of story books when I was a child and I still love to read these books again and again! I am very happy to share with the items I love with my customers all over the world.

This photo is my dearest little budgie, Toko. Passed away on 15th of March, 2017. She was 11 years & 7 months. I miss her so much.

To EU customers;

As of 1st of July, 2021, Etsy collects VAT at the checkout. No more VAT threshold. No more handling charge at the destination, if the order value is under EUR150.

If order value is over EUR150, Etsy will not collect VAT and your postal service will charge you VAT, handling charge plus import duty. So I recommend you not to order more than EUR150.

No, it is illegal.

Do you do gift wrapping?

I do not really offer gift wrapping. But I always make the inside of all packages a little cute to make my customers happy when they open the package. But it is not gift wrapping.

But if it is for birthday or Christmas gift, I may be able to put the relevant tape or sticker (if available) for your package upon request.

If you want to enclose the short message, I can write it down in the cute memo paper. But I cannot enclose the long letter inside of the package.

Please make sure to understand "marking as a gift" does not mean gift wrapping. It means "No Invoice" in the package. I usually attach the invoice to the package for customs clearance purpost. But I do not put the invoice in the package.

Why do you not ship to my country?

Due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions during the global pandemic, I still cannot ship to many countries.

As to Germany, I just cannot ship because of package law in Germany. But I am checking how to register and if successful, I would like to ship to Germany again. I miss German customers.

Standard shipping is untracked & uninsured airmail.

Customers from Mexico, Mauritius, South Africa, Kuwait, Chile, Thailand & Philippine do not have to upgrade the shipping. It is already added in the standard shipping.

I have not received my order.

If you have upgraded your shipping, Sweet Supplies Store will take all responsibility. First we apply for the investigation request to shipping company. If they confirm your order is lost, you will receive full refund. But please kindly understand that the investigation usually takes more than a month.

If you did not upgrade your shipping, you have no tracking and no insurance. As mentioned in the policy, Sweet Supplies Store will not take responsibility for lost. But lost is super rare. Usually it is stuck somewhere and will be delivered eventually. Please try your very best to be patient. You will be very happy when it arrives finally. Thank you very much for your understanding.
