Our shop was started when I begged my husband to make a marker holder for my Copic Sketch markers. Soon many of the crafting community started asking for it and the shop has taken off from there. We started as TJ and Things and was limited to marker grids. The overwhelming response and love from all of you has enabled us to build a bigger building to create more items to put into the shop. With this milestone, we have changed our name to Our Gray Barn....a place we both are able to create things for our customers.
It is our pleasure to continue adding items for the craft room and home decorating.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

RETURNS
Cups
Cups sold by Our Gray Barn are non-refundable due to the custom made nature of them.

Marker Grids
If you are not satisfied with your organizer for any reason, we will gladly accept a return within thirty days of receipt. Simply convo me and we will make arrangements for a quick refund or replacement EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS. We will not refund the cost of shipping.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for a refund. The unit must be returned in its original condition, preferably in the original shipping container. Once received, a quick refund will be made to you not including the original shipping cost.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged, please take a picture of the damage and send to us. We will make arrangements to send a replacement for the item.

LOST ITEMS
If a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. Please realize that once the package is in the carrier's hands, Our Gray Barn cannot control the delivery times or location of the package. We will, however, do our best to work with the carrier to locate the item.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages returned because and address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package needs to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.
Payment
Buyers can now pay with PayPal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods.

CANCELLATION
With the exception of cups, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued if the order is cancelled before the item is shipped. A refund is not available for custom cups.

If the item has already shipped, the Refund Policy for RETURNS will apply.
Shipping
Orders placed will be shipped according to the lead times defined in the listing.

Processing time does not include ship time. If you need your order by a specific date please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make sure that we are able to meet the deadline.

UNITED STATES: All items are shipped Via USPS. Parcel Select generally takes 6-10 shipping days. Priority mail GENERALLY takes 2-4 days shipping in the US, but is NOT GUARANTEED. Shipping dates reflect shipping only and is NOT a guarantee of delivery. Once the item is in the USPS system, TJ and Things is NO LONGER liable for date of delivery. If you need an item by a certain date, please contact me prior to purchase to see if there is another option we can use.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Everything will be shipped Priority Mail International. First Class Mail is less expensive, but tracking is NOT available and packages typically take longer to arrive. We cannot guarantee the arrival of your package with First Class Mail.

Ship time varies based on your location, but can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive. Items will not be reshipped until 30 days AFTER item was originally shipped.

If your country is not listed as a ship to country, please contact us to see if we can manage shipment to your country.

CUSTOMS FEES: We are obligated to mark all items as merchandise. International shipments may be charged import fees/handling fees. The shipping charge paid to Our Gray Barn ONLY covers our actual cost to ship the package to your country. CUSTOMERS are responsible for ALL additional import,customs and handling fees assessed by their country and are advised to research the costs prior to shipment/Purchase.

**Guaranteed dates are for the shipping date only, NOT a guarantee of the date of delivery. Once item is accepted into USPS system, Our Gray Barn is NO LONGER liable for date of delivery. While we cannot control the delivery time or location of the package, we will do our best to work with the carrier to locate the item. Please see the Refund Policy on LOST ITEMS.
