4 out of 5 starsMy order arrived quickly, but the mat came slightly faded. Customer service was professional and responsive — a replacement was made and shipped right away! My only note on the product itself: what should be a monochromatic black, white, and red has a slight blue hue at the edges and in the center design. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing.

5 out of 5 starsIt looks good and arrived undamaged. The logo and lettering are applied using embossing. So it's not a flat sticker. It feels good.

Can I return or exchange my order?
All items are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after an order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing issues.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within [14 days] of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or solution.
We carefully review all designs and details before production to ensure quality. If you have any questions about sizing, colors, or product details before ordering, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!
Can I cancel to my order?
You can request a cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order.
After that, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order because production begins shortly after.
If you need any changes or assistance, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
