Where possible I re-use and recycle a lot of my shipping materials. Small jewellery is delivered in a hand decorated gift box, otherwise they're wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them.

DELAYED PARCEL
I've had a handful of items that have taken up to 4 weeks to arrive with USA based customers in particular. Its rare for the standard priced delivery option to be that badly delayed, but can be a bit of a gamble! :)
Parcels will take longer around holidays, so please buy early to avoid disappointment.

LOST PARCEL
Let me know if you have not received your item (before leaving negative feedback please ;] ) and I will send out another after the allotted waiting time.
4 weeks for international standard 1st class (as described above)

Please be aware of any other import taxes and fees that may be charged in your country.

Items can be tweaked (colour changed, different wording etc), so don't be afraid to ask! It will take longer for personalized items to be sent out.
However if you want an item to be changed more than I am able without re-designing, I'll recommend a custom listing :D

I varnish and glaze all my plastic jewellery to make them water resistant, but they are not 100% water proof. When you are not wearing these items please keep them out of direct sunlight, as this may tarnish the varnish.

Custom order- once you've purchased from your chosen custom listing (necklace, brooch, earrings or cufflinks) please send me your photos of your pet via etsy message system (there is a button on the bottom right of message window to attache jpeg's) or via email - listed below. state which pic / pose you'd like me to draw the design from, other photos are good to get face details, colour etc.
