Will I receive a physical product?
No. All patterns are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I access my files?
After purchase, go to Purchases and Reviews on your Etsy account.
Some listings contain a PDF with a clickable link to download the full pattern set.
If you checked out as a guest, Etsy will send the download link to your email.
What’s included in the download?
Most patterns include:
1. PDF pattern in color and black & white (3 grid sizes)
2. One-page versions (for phones/tablets)
3. Floss length chart

What are the grid size options for?
The multiple grid sizes are included to suit different eyesight needs and preferences — helpful whether printing or viewing on a screen.
Can I sell what I stitch from your pattern?
No, finished items from my patterns are not allowed for commercial sale. The patterns are for personal use only.
Can you make a custom pattern from my photo?
Yes! If you have a special image you’d love turned into a cross stitch pattern, feel free to send me a message. I'd be happy to chat about custom work.
