Payment is required within 3 days from purchase please. I accept PayPal and all major credit card payments, both of which are safe and secure. If you don’t have a PayPal account its not a problem, you still can make a payment. Just choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout and after your order has been submitted, click “Pay Now” button where you can choose the option to pay with your chosen credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: If payment is not received within 3 days and you have not notified about the delay, I will cancel the order and re-list the item.

DISPATCH TIMES AND SERVICE USED : All items are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment and will be sent by Royal Mail. The individual listing will detail the options available and in most cases this will be by TRACKED & SIGNED FOR SERVICE from the UK.

If you should need anything quicker than this, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you but please be aware that there will be additional costs for this.

**IMPORTANT SHIPPING REQUIREMENT** - IF YOU ARE AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER AND THE ITEM IS SENT TRACKED, I WILL REQUIRE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR YOU FOR SHIPPING. This will be used by the delivery company to text you when your parcel is ready to be delivered to you. Please include this in the notes when you checkout.

There is a small additional amount added to the postage costs if you choose to purchase any additional items from my shop in the same transaction. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ADDRESS HELD ON YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU ORDER. I cannot be held responsible for items delivered to the wrong address.

If the item is to be delivered to an address other than that shown in your Etsy/PayPal account (a loved one or friend for example), please note this in the comments at checkout or send me a message as soon as you complete your purchase.

TAXES AND FEES : It is the buyer’s responsibility for payment of all appropriate taxes, custom fees and duties or additional postal fees that may be associated with shipping overseas after the item reaches its destination country.

PLEASE NOTE : The outer packaging is often new materials but it can also be good quality recycled boxes which I try to use as often as possible to help our environment. These boxes will have any labels removed. The items will be well packaged for their journey to you.
