How do you ship and how long will it take?

We ship USPS PRIORITY shipping, which takes about 3 days once the orders are processed. Processing times vary per product. We will process your order in 5 to 12 business days. With that said it should be on your doorstep in about 8 to 15 days from the day you place the order. Please note the USPS statement below:

"USPS priority delivery service states that your package should arrive in 2 to 3 days from the ship date, however priority mail remains a non-guaranteed service. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date."

How are returns & cancellations handled?

If you have a change of heart, you have 3 business days from the day you received the order to contact me about a return prior to shipping an item back. You will be responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will only be reimbursed for the price of the item(s). You will not be reimbursed until I receive the package in the perfect condition that it was sent to you. CUSTOM ORDERS cannot be returned.

You have about 6 hours to cancel an order if you have a change of heart, if you choose to cancel your order within the 6 hours, you will be reimbursed in full.

How are damaged and lost item(s) Handled?

If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to address the problem. All orders will receive a tracking number which does help against loss, of course there are no guarantees. We will work with the buyer on a case by case basis to come to a conclusion we are both content with if your package is lost by the USPS.

Please double check you have the exact mailing address before you place your order, as if the address is incorrect that could lead to improper delivery or risk of loss.

Damaged items- If an item arrives damaged, We might ask for the item to be returned for proof of damage or possibly a photo. We will also discuss options of refund or replacement.

Do you ship to other countries besides the U.S.

Currently we only ship within the United States unless you contact us. We do look to expand our delivery areas in the near future for a quicker purchase experience. If you are interested in a product and reside elsewhere, please contact us and we will quote you a shipping price!
