Hello, I’m Tuğba.
For many years, I worked as an engineer. Engineering taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and find solutions. However, over time, I found myself caught in a demanding and repetitive work environment where I had very little space for creativity.
Deep inside, I always carried another dream: to create, to design, and to bring something into the world that could make a small but meaningful difference in people’s lives.
One day, I asked myself a simple question:
“What truly makes me happy?”
The answer was clear.
Designing. Creating. Making products that people love to use, products that help them express themselves and bring a little extra joy into their everyday lives.
That was the moment I decided to step outside my comfort zone and follow what truly inspired me. I will always be grateful for everything my professional journey in the corporate world has taught me, but I wanted to choose a path that felt more like me — one where I could feel free, explore my creativity, and work with passion.
And that’s how TigerCoStudio was born.
The name of my brand comes from my family name, Kaplan, which means “Tiger.” To me, the tiger represents courage, uniqueness, and the strength to create your own path. Just like every tiger has its own unique stripes, I believe every person has their own story that makes them special.
That is why I create designs not only to look beautiful, but to become pieces that people can connect with and see a part of themselves in.
Engineering taught me precision and analytical thinking; design taught me freedom and self-expression. Today, TigerCoStudio is where these two worlds come together. Behind every design is a thoughtful creative process, hours of development, careful attention to detail, and a passion for creating meaningful, high-quality products.
For me, every design is a small piece of art. Because sometimes, a shirt is not just a shirt. It can represent a memory, a passion, a lifestyle, or simply the feeling we want to carry with us that day.
If one of my designs makes you smile, makes you feel good, or makes you think, “This is so me,” then I know it has found its purpose.
I started this journey with graphic t-shirts, but my dream is to grow TigerCoStudio into a creative brand that offers different lifestyle products over time — a brand that inspires people with unique designs and brings a little more joy into everyday moments.
This shop is more than just a business to me; it is a dream I chose to courageously follow. Every order helps this dream continue to grow. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting an independent designer and becoming a part of this journey.
