Info for INTERNATIONAL Customers
International customers should be clear on the rules and regulations regarding VAT taxes and import duties. Shipping charges do not include those fees and customs forms can not be altered to show modified sales price. If you choose USPS First Class International mail, it may take several weeks for the package to arrive and will most likely be held for tax and import fees imposed by your country's government. If you choose USPS Priority International Shipping which costs more, the package will arrive sooner than First Class but may still be held for tax and import fees. Insurance is added as that can be used to also track the package.
Additional Information for Verily Vintage Clothes
Vintage is usually used and there may be imperfections which I do my best to note and photograph. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If I have overlooked something, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item to see if we can work out an agreeable resolution. Any returns after the 3 days will be charges a 20% re-stocking fee. It a return is agreed upon, once the item is received back in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the item price minus shipping fees.
Can orders be combined to save on shipping?
Absolutely. A multiple discount is also available, just ask if purchasing more than one item.
