Custom and personalized orders
I take pride in making all my items I DO NOT outsource any of my items. All items are custom made and made-to-order so each item is unique and can be personalized. I can ensure you the quality of my products meet standards that you have come to expect from Vinylbug Designs. If there is a design you don't see "request custom order" and I can try to design it for you!
If you purchase a custom order I will send you an email to approve the design. I DO NOT MAKE make the design until the customer approves it. Therefore, there are no returns on custom made/personalized items. The processing time may be longer depending on when the customer responds to the emails
Email responses
I try to repsond to emails within 24 hrs and during regular business hours Monday- Friday (8-4).
When will my item ship?
Each listing has a "ready to ship time". Once you place your order it will have a PROCESSING TIME listed on your order. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order confirmation email will have a date when your item will arrive.
Not held responsible for shipping delays due to holidays, weather, or the carrier. Processing time may be longer due to major holidays.
**No refunds will be given for USPS delays.

***IF YOU NEED AN ITEM FOR A CERTAIN OCCASION/DATE PLEASE CHECK THE SHIP DATE ON YOUR ORDER FORM TO MAKE SURE IT WILL ARRIVE IN TIME.
Return policy
For custom-made orders, I will email you a design proof for your approval. All custom-made orders will not be made until approved by the customer. There are no returns on custom-made or personalized orders. If the item has a custom design/ saying or has a name, monogram, etc...on it it will be able to be returned. If you have an issue with your item please contact us.
2022 Christmas orders
We ship all our items by USPS.
We can not guarantee an arrival date. Refunds will not be given due to USPS delays.
If you order by Dec 7th your item should ship by Dec 14th. Unless there is a delay from the wholesaler, if this happens you will be notified by your etsy email.
