How do I access my purchased file and where to find it?
If you do not have an account, Etsy will send you an email with a link to download after your purchase.
If you have an account: go to Your Account ("You" on the top right) -> "Purchases and Reviews" and look for the order. Then click "Download Files". (Etsy doesn't allow yet to download your files using a mobile device so you have to use a laptop/computer to access the downloads). And you will receive a PDF file containing the link to the Canva template/s.
Digital files aren’t available for download through the Etsy app. Please be sure to use your computer or desktop browser instead.
Can I edit the template on my mobile phone?
Yes, you can download Canva's free app on your smartphone or tablet, available for both iOS and Android.
Do I need Canva Pro to edit these templates?
Most of our templates are compatible with Canva’s free version. However, a few designs use Pro features such 3D titles. Please check the product description to see if a Pro version is required for a specific template.
What software do I need to edit your templates?
Our templates are designed for easy editing in Canva, a free online design tool. No special software is required!
Are the files downloadable immediately after purchase?
Yes! After your payment is confirmed, you can instantly download your templates from your Etsy account. If you don’t receive an email from Etsy, you can also find your files under the “Purchases and Reviews” section of your account. For any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can I customize the text, colors, and images?
Absolutely! Most text, colors, fonts, and images are fully editable in Canva to suit your needs. However, some product listings with 3D text elements are not editable, as they were created using a different design application. Please refer to the product description for specific details.
Can I get a refund if I ordered the item by mistake or change my mind?
As these are digital products, we’re unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to review our shop policy and product description, and feel free to reach out with any questions before making your purchase!
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your email for the Etsy receipt or visit your Purchases and Reviews section on Etsy to download your files. If you’re still having issues, message us!
I want a refund because I can't access my file
Digital downloads are non-refundable. Please review the FAQs or product descriptions for access instructions. If you still can't find the download, kindly ask us for assistance. Check our shop hours for response times.
