VISIONFORM3D PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how VisionForm3D collects, uses, and shares personal information when you place an order, contact the shop, or use its services through Etsy. This policy does not cover Etsy’s own privacy practices.

1. Information I Collect

To process your order, I may receive information through Etsy such as your name, email address, order details, payment status, and purchase history.

For custom orders, you may also provide reference photos, artwork, measurements, messages, preferred file formats, and other project requirements. Etsy processes payments, and I do not receive or store your complete card or bank details.

2. How I Use Your Information

I use your information only when necessary to:

• Create and deliver the digital files you purchased.
• Communicate with you and provide customer support.
• Complete custom designs according to your requirements.
• Resolve disputes or order-related issues.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and Etsy requirements.
• Prevent fraud and protect the security of my business.

I do not sell buyers’ personal information or use it for unsolicited marketing. Customer-submitted photos will not be published or used for advertising without permission.

3. Information Sharing

Your information may be shared only when necessary with:

• Etsy, to process orders and provide marketplace services.
• Trusted cloud-storage or file-delivery providers when needed to deliver large digital files.
• Government or legal authorities when required by law.
• A new business owner if the business is transferred, and only where legally permitted.

Only the minimum information necessary to provide these services will be shared.

4. Data Retention

Order and transaction information is retained only as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal, accounting, or tax requirements. It may be kept for up to seven years where required by applicable law.

Custom images and project files are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the order, provide support, or resolve disputes, unless longer retention is legally required.

5. International Data Transfers

VisionForm3D operates from Israel, while Etsy and other service providers may process information in other countries. Any international transfers are handled according to applicable law and the privacy safeguards of Etsy and the relevant service providers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, restriction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain uses of your information or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
