We can only be available to ship by EMS (Fast shipping with tracking but expensive).

EMS (Express Mail Service) rates have been rising significantly.

After shipping,
In case the actual shipping fee is lower than what you have already paid me, I will refund the shipping difference via PayPal.

The international postal condition has still been unstable and it will need much more time than the normal condition for the package to arrive at your hand as there are few planes leaving for the world from Japan.

Sometimes, It seems that just loading items onto airplanes is expected to take about two to three weeks due to the shortage of loading space caused by the reduction of flights.
