All items in the WearInkLab shop are DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.
No physical items will be shipped to you.
2. What will I receive after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive instant access to your files via Etsy.
Files typically include high-resolution designs suitable for printing on apparel, wall art, mugs, hats, and more.
3. How do I download my files?
You can download your files by:
Going to Etsy → Purchases & Reviews
Clicking Download Files next to your order
⚠️ Downloads are not available through the Etsy mobile app. Please use a web browser.
4. What file formats are included?
Depending on the product, files may include:
PNG (transparent background)
JPG
PDF
File details are always listed in the product description.
5. Can I use these designs for Print-on-Demand (POD)?
Yes. All designs are POD-ready and optimized for printing on:
T-shirts & hoodies
Mugs & drinkware
Hats & accessories
Wall art & posters

6. Can I sell products printed with these designs?
Yes, commercial use is allowed unless stated otherwise.
You may sell finished physical products, but you may NOT resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any form.
7. Can I edit or customize the designs?
Yes. You may resize, recolor, or adjust the designs for your projects.
However, you cannot sell the edited files as digital products.
8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are not available once files are downloaded.
9. What if I have trouble downloading or opening the files?
If you experience any issues, message us and we’ll be happy to help.
We respond as quickly as possible and aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
10. Can I use these designs for logos or trademarks?
No. Designs cannot be trademarked, copyrighted, or claimed as your own.
