How to open a ZIP file?
To have access to your files in the zip folder simply right click on the folder and select 'extract files'. This will create a new unzipped folder with all your jpeg files from which you can use to print your artwork.
What happens if my email is incorrect on my account?
Your files can still be found on your Etsy account, go to 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'. Please note you need to use the Etsy Desktop version as the app does not have this feature.
