Sono Barbara Ellen, consulente e coach del flusso di lavoro, convinta che i sistemi di produttività debbano essere di supporto, non stressanti.
Dopo anni trascorsi ad aiutare i team a semplificare il loro modo di lavorare, ho capito una cosa semplice: affinché un sistema sia davvero efficace, le persone devono amare utilizzarlo.
Ecco perché ho creato la serie BEmpowered Productivity, una raccolta di bacheche e flussi di lavoro per singoli individui, pensati per portare chiarezza, ridurre lo stress e semplificare il follow-up delle persone nella loro frenetica vita quotidiana.
Utilizzo Trello come piattaforma perché è visiva e flessibile, ma ciò che rende diversi questi modelli è il sistema che li supporta. Ogni bacheca è strutturata come un flusso di lavoro guidato, con una struttura chiara, schede di esempio e indicazioni di supporto, in modo che non si limiti a monitorare le attività, ma le si portino a termine.

I’m Barbara Ellen, a workflow consultant and coach who believes productivity systems should feel supportive, not stressful.
After years of helping teams streamline how they work, I realised something simple: for a system to be truly effective, people need to love using it.
That’s why I created the BEmpowered Productivity Series, a collection of boards and workflows for individuals, designed to bring clarity, reduce overwhelm, and make follow-through easier for people in their busy everyday life.
I use Trello as the platform because it’s visual and flexible, but what makes these templates different is the system behind them. Each board is built as a guided workflow, with clear structure, example cards, and supportive guidance so you’re not just tracking tasks, you’re getting things done.
