Lost, stolen or misdelivered packages
Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address on your order. Items shipped via USPS are assigned a tracking number that you can follow to determine where it is in their system and when your order has been delivered. Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when to expect your package to arrive. Once a package is accepted by USPS and tracking begins, they are responsible for delivery. Please contact your local post office if you encounter an issue with shipping or delivery. I am not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by USPS.
Custom and personalized orders
I welcome custom orders for individuals or groups. I have many prints and team fabrics that may not be currently shown in my shop. I'm also happy to create a scrub cap with fabric supplied by my customer. Please feel free to message me and we can get started on that one of a kind scrub cap.
