The black leather riding boots could not be located so I was offered a refund or a gray pair my size. I thought that the grey pair was going to be flat heels like the black ones listed. So I agreed to take them. The gray ones I received had a heel of 2" and I can't wear any sort of heel. I should have asked about the heel and not assumed. So that was my fault. But I can't wear them and it would be too much trouble to return. Belovedbaglady was very nice to deal with even tho I wasn't happy in the end with the boots.
