Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders need to be paid in full before work commences on the purchase of materials or the making of the item
Sizing details
Items include details relating to length of chain, size of beads, drop of earrings, bracelet and ring sizes. If you require additional size information - please contact me before placing your order and I'll be happy to measure for you.
Care instructions
It is recommended to remove all jewellery items before bathing, swimming, exercising and before sleeping. When not being worn, for best results, keep jewellery in small plastic bags to minimise tarnishing.
Items are not intended to be worn by children, please supervise all children in the presence of any small items as they present a choking hazard.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items will be wrapped in bubble wrap / foam, tissue paper and sealed with a ribbon or washi patterned tape.
All items are then placed in a bubble shipping envelope.
If you require an organza gift bag, please let me know when ordering.
I love this planet so my packaging materials are recycled where possible.
