I’m sorry to hear the ferret wasn’t what you were expecting. After making some additional ferrets, I actually switched to a larger crochet hook, which resulted in much softer, looser stitches and a significantly squishier feel compared to the ferret you received. I’d be happy to offer you either a return for a full refund or an exchange for one of the newer ferrets made with the updated technique. The newer versions are much softer and fluffier.
