Apparel is made to order and takes 3-5 business days to create & ship, unless noted otherwise in the individual listing.

Home Goods, DIY Appliqués, Labels, and Decals ship within 1-3 business days.

I do not currently offer expedited processing of orders. If you need your order created faster than the advertised processing time, please contact me prior to ordering. PLEASE NOTE: The Priority Shipping upgrade does not expedite processing time ... it only expedites the speed in which USPS handles your shipment.

Priority Mail averages 2-3 business days.
USPS First Class averages 3-7 business days.
USPS International First Class may take up to 2 weeks.

Each listing has a size guide with size & fit information to help in determining your best-fit size. I typically recommend choosing your traditional retail size.

UNISEX: Apparel listed as unisex is a traditional mens retail fit. Women find the "chest to fit" measurement the most helpful as it aligns with bust sizing.

LADIES: I have chosen to carry a line of ladies tees & tanks that are relaxed, flowy, and compliment a full range of body types. These styles are intended to be comfortable, stylish, and elevated from the basic tee.

CHILDREN: Kiddo tees and tanks run true to retail size and most find them a little roomier.

I use two processes to create my finished products ... sublimation and heat transfer vinyl. Sublimation is an ink & dye process. HTV is premium grade, CPSIA compliant and used along with a commercial-grade heat press.

I sure do! I am happy to work with you on a custom design ... whether it be a single piece or a group order for a business, team, studio, event, or school. I maintain a custom-queue and work though custom orders in the order in which I've been contacted. Please reach out to me via Etsy convo if you are interested in working with me on a custom order.

All of my items (with the exception of stickers) are made to order and many are customized. I do not accept returns or exchanges for this reason. If you find a defect or error in the item you have received please contact me immediately so that I may assist you.

Please contact me within 3 days of marked delivery so that I may assist in locating your package. Your package may have been incorrectly scanned and may appear within 1-2 days. Sometimes it takes a bit more effort. I am here to help!

1) Please check with those that reside with you to make sure they did not already collect your package. Also check with your neighbors.

2) If still missing, your local USPS office can confirm the GPS coordinates of the delivery location. If mis-delivered, USPS will retrieve and redeliver.

3) If correctly delivered and your package is believed stolen, please file a report with USPIS. I do not offer refunds for stolen deliveries but will work with you on a replacement.
