For seasonal goods (e.g. Valentine's Day) we will dispatch as quickly as we can!
Orders are sent out 1st class Royal Mail with proof of postage within the UK or standard delivery elsewhere. Expect your delivery to take a week for Europe and America, up to two weeks for Canada and Japan and up to three weeks for Australia.
If you require a shipping upgrade: tracked/ signed for, please let us know BEFORE you order.
Custom orders can take 7 business days to prep.
If there are delays with the postal company beyond our control, bad weather, strikes etc., please allow up to 28 working days for your order to arrive.
