Payment

Credit card payments are made via the payment module PayPal, the world leader in online payment systems. We accept payments in Euros(EUR). Today, you no longer need to have a PayPal account, you can pay directly with your credit card.

Pay by check: a simple email to the designer le.petit.monde.de.pyr [!at] gmail.com with the details of your order and you will receive in return a response from the designer, containing the necessary details for sending your payment and the order to be specified on the latter.

Shipping

Depending on the model, we will make the shipment within 10-15 business days once the payment confirmation is received. The delivery address taken into account will be the one specified on PayPal. If you want to modify it, do not hesitate to contact me by email to let us know.

Located in Paris, shipments are made via "La poste". Jewelry is packed carefully to minimize any risk during transport.

Delivery times:
France by registered letter (for small jewels): 2 days. (compensation)
France by Colissimo (for jewelry that can not fit in an envelope): 2 days (internet tracking, indemnizations)

Europe by international registered letter (for small jewels): 6-10 days (compensation)
Europe by international colissimo (for jewelry that can not fit in an envelope): 6-10 days (internet tracking, indemnizations)

rest of the world by international registered letter (for small jewels): 10-15 days (compensation)

Care and maintenance:

golden brass:
The veneer is damaged in contact with water, acool. Avoid perfume yourself after putting on your jewelry and remember to remove your jewelry when you wash your hands or take your shower.

silicone (for jewelry made with dolls):
If the doll part of your jewel is soiled, to clean it use a conton rod with household acool or acetone. Rub the dirty area.

money:
To clean your silver jewelry, soak in a bowl of hot water lined with aluminum and coarse salt. Wipe with a soft cloth.
