However the countries I can ship my works to are still limited because the air postal services to many countries are stopped.

For Asian countries, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, Israel, Cyprus, Greek, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Iceland, Gibraltar and Egypt,
I set a cheaper shipping method (Registered Air Small Packet) as a regular shipment. Because the shipping fees went up much higher recently. However it takes more time to deliver compared with the previous shipping method (EMS (Express Mail Service)). If you prefer EMS, please let me know before you place an order.

Regarding U.S.A., U.K., France, Canada and India,
only EMS (Express Mail Service) is available at the moment.
EMS is the fastest shipping method provided by my shop.

You must wait for 2 WEEKS - 5 WEEKS before the shipment.

Your order will be sent by Registered Air Small Packet or the upgraded airmail EMS (Express Mail Service). Both of them have tracking numbers. I will inform you the number after I ship your order. It takes about 5 days to 40 days for the package to be delivered after the shipment. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose and the country where you are.

If you are not happy with the item you have received, please contact me within 14 days. However, refunds and exchanges are not acceptable generally because all the items are made to order. If you receive any defective items, I will refund or exchange as soon as possible.
