The timelines stated above are estimates and subject to delays through Customs, delays relating to public holidays, and international transfers.

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for orders shipped standard delivery without tracking, which covers postal loss. In the rare event that an order is lost we will file a claim, this takes several weeks from the time of filing (overseas packages can be filed as lost after 25 working days have passed).
