How do I give you details for personalised mugs?
The listing should have a personalisation box. Or Include your choice of name or message in the Notes to Seller section during checkout. Or send a message directly after purchase.
How long will the mug take to arrive?
Order processing time of 1-3 working days plus a typical estimated shipping time of:
UK RM48: an estimated 2-5 working days.
Royal Mail ask customers to wait 11 days before they consider the item late or lost.
Delivery times will be longer during adverse weather conditions and in the weeks leading up to the very busy Christmas period.
I have a million followers on social media, can I have a free mug?
No.
Can I have a tracking number?
Royal Mail Delivery Confirmation Numbers are automatically sent with your despatch email and are available in your Etsy orders page. This is usually uploaded automatically, but may not be available due to technical issues with software.
Care instructions
My current mugs are certified dishwasher proof and microwave safe.
It is good practice to use a lower dishwasher temperature and use a small amount of detergent on all types of printed kitchenware to preserve the image quality.
I would suggest hand washing and use occasionally in the dishwasher to remove tea and coffee stains. A thick paste of sodium bicarbonate of soda and water, scrubbed lightly with a scouring pad will remove stubborn tea stains.
I need this for Friday, will it arrive on time?
We don't deliver your mail, nor do we have any control over the postal system.
Allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive. Please review processing times and delivery estimates before ordering. We are unable to upgrade your delivery speed after you have placed an order.
Choose the delivery upgrade during checkout if you need your order to arrive quicker.
My tracking number doesn't work?
Parcels are sent untracked as standard, so won't tell you where the parcel is in the postal system. The tracking number will inform you of an attempted delivery, or a confirmation of delivery.
My parcel didn't arrive on time?
The advertised delivery times are provided by Etsy based on Royal Mail's delivery aim. They are estimates and not guaranteed. We don't have any control over the postal system, so delivery times are out of our control. Expect delays and allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive. Slightly late parcels are not eligible for full refunds.
