AtomCat Studio creates original, small-batch designs inspired by the bold lines, playful personalities, and atomic-era magic of the 1950s and 60s.

Do you make a version of this clock to hang on walls. I am using it this way, but the flat bottom does detract, slightly, from full enjoyment.

Thank you for the 5 star review! We do have a wall version (minus the flat bottom for desktop sitting) in the works. It will have a few minor design changes to facilitate mounting and possibly some color combinations beyond what we're offering now. The Dot Clocks have been very popular lately and we love making them! :)

Hi, we’re Dan and Michelle — the makers behind AtomCat Studio in Rockford, Michigan.

We’re longtime collectors and lovers of mid-century modern design, drawn to the bold colors, playful shapes, and nostalgic charm of the 1950s and 60s. Michelle is an avid vintage collector and talented seamstress with a deep appreciation for classic textiles and handcrafted detail. Together, we’re inspired by atomic-era décor, holiday kitsch, and the optimism of the space-age aesthetic.

Every piece is originally designed by us and made in our Michigan workshop using 3D printing, laser engraving, and hands-on finishing techniques. We spend a lot of time refining silhouettes, dialing in retro color palettes, and making sure each design feels like it could have lived on a 1960s shelf — while still being something entirely new.

These aren’t reproductions — they’re fresh creations with retro DNA.
