I purchased my item back in APRIL!!!!!!! I placed my order April 7th!!! I asked for an update on April 19th, and was told they would be in the mail that Friday. May 2nd, I asked for a 2nd update. I was told they were mailed First Class but she used a different Post Office & were lost/would send another pair. I have received similar excuses on May 10th, May 19th and June 3rd. I have yet to receive my item or my product. HORRIBLE service.

Ordered these forever ago (close to 2 months ago), was told she would be mailing them. That was 3 weeks ago. She hasn't responded to any messages or contact.

VERY CUTE and a wonderful lady to work with. I ordered the wrong color and so she nicely made new ones for me without charging. A sweet heart :)

These boots are so cute!! I love them and they came in really fast!! Zoe Rose made the pink and brown ones. The cream and brown ones are the boots my husband wore home from the hospital when he was born 26 years ago! Thanks to Zoe Rose our twins will have the cutest matching boots to wear home when they are born:)
